Return and Refund Policy

At usaLolita, we're dedicated to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@usalolita.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll process your return or exchange request.
Important Notes:
  • Return Window: Requests made after 14 days of receiving your order cannot be processed.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Return & Exchange Requirements:
  • Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Packaging: Goods must be repackaged in their original packaging.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized products: These are exempt from returns.
  • Customer-Induced Damages: Damages or loss caused by the customer will not qualify for refunds.
Return Process:
  1. Contact Support: Email support@usalolita.com with photos/videos of the item(s) and your order number.
  2. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return label and arrange pickup through UPS or FedEx.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it within 5-7 business days. Then, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Charges:
  • Company Errors: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, quality issue, incorrect address), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • Customer Errors: If the return is due to customer reasons (disliking the product, incorrect order, incorrect address provided), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This usually ranges from $5-$10, depending on the product size.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds:
  • Processing Time: Once your return is inspected and approved for a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: If you don't see your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
  • Unresolved Issues: If your refund is still not processed, please reach out to us at support@usalolita.com 
Important Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order if your payment has been cleared and the package has not yet shipped. We will issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Product Damage:
  • Shipping Damage & Defects: If you receive a damaged part during shipping or find a defect during installation, we will provide a free replacement for the damaged part.
  • Customer Negligence: Damages or loss due to customer negligence will not qualify for a refund.
