1.How do I clean my Lolita costume

We recommend hand washing or using the gentle mode of your washing machine and putting it in a laundry bag. Avoid using bleach and just iron on low temperature.

2.Do I have to pay for shipping when I return an item

If the return is for a quality issue, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is for personal reasons, the shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.

3.Do you offer expedited shipping

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options and the cost is calculated from the order you generate.

4.How to get points to offset part of the price

You can join the trophy icon in the lower left corner of the screen and participate in the corresponding activities to obtain points, or consult customer service to guide the operation.

5.Is the size of the Lolita costume accurate

Our size chart is actual measurement, there may be 1-3cm error, but it does not affect the overall size.

6.Track my order

To track your order, check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used for your order. This email will include your package's tracking number.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, your order is still being processed. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's available.
